The holiday decorations during Christmas were fantastic, creating a festive atmosphere throughout the complex. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always greeting us with a warm smile. The location was convenient, close to several attractions and restaurants, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. Plus, the breakfast options were delicious, with a variety of choices to suit different tastes.

the pool water was freezing cold, making it impossible to enjoy a swim even on a warm day. One major drawback was the lack of room service, which meant we had to go out and order food or drinks, rather than being able to relax and have everything delivered to our room.

Our stay at Wana Bucu Villas By Pramana Villas was such a great value for money! The room was a relaxing oasis with its own private pool, and we loved the central location that allowed us to easily explore the town on foot. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.
